Why we built Duzzcall
Call charges shouldn’t be the reason a customer doesn’t reach you. We built Duzzcall because we kept watching people put off the calls that mattered — to their bank, their airline, the shop down the road — just to avoid the phone bill. Is it really free to call a business with Duzzcall?
Duzzcall doesn’t charge you for calls, and the app is free to download. Like any internet calling app, calls use your Wi-Fi or mobile data, so the only cost is the data you use, if your plan charges for it.
Can I use Duzzcall abroad without roaming?
Yes. On Wi-Fi you can call the businesses you rely on from anywhere in the world, without turning on roaming.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. When you create an account, your Duzzcall number maps to the phone number you already have.
Can businesses cold-call me through Duzzcall?
No. A business can only call you back after you have called them first, so you are always in control.
